Smart Ultrasonic 10 is an ultrasound machine to weld in a continuous fabrics, coated fabrics and technical fabrics also through the use of adhesive tapes.
It ‘was designed and built with the latest technologies (CAD, NCD). This welding machine is a modern building, is an alternative method to the traditional stitching with thread.
The sonotrode and the contrast wheel rotate with the same speed, or can be set by speed independent program. In this way the welding takes place without obstacles.
The speed is adjustable so as to adapt the welding machine to the various tissues.
The ultrasonic generators used has a power of 400 watts, with a frequency of 35 Khz.
The sonotrode has a sealing width of 10mm.
